At flyairoo, we aim to provide a hassle-free experience when it comes to flight bookings and cancellations. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, refunds, and service charges.

General Refund Guidelines

Refunds are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies. If your ticket is refundable, we will process your request after deducting applicable airline cancellation fees and our service charges.

If your ticket is non-refundable, you may still be eligible for a partial refund (if allowed by the airline), which will be processed accordingly.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in your original payment method. However, it may take longer depending on the airline's processing time.

Low-Cost Carrier Tickets

Tickets booked with low-cost carriers (LCCs) within 10 days (195 hours) of departure are non-refundable. We advise confirming all details before booking such flights.

Duplicate Bookings

In case of duplicate bookings made in error, you must notify us within 24 hours. If the airline allows a refund or waiver, we will process the refund after deducting minimal service charges.

Refund for Partially Used Tickets

If a ticket has been partially used (e.g., one leg of a round trip completed), the refund amount will be calculated based on the airline’s fare rules for the unused portion.

Denied Refunds

flyairoo is not responsible for refund denial if the airline or fare policy classifies the ticket as non-refundable, or if the refund request is submitted beyond the permitted time frame.

Service Charges

All refunds are subject to a service charge by flyairoo, separate from the airline’s fees. These charges cover processing, administrative, and support costs.

You can submit a refund request by contacting our customer support team at support@flyairoo or through your account dashboard. Please provide your booking ID and full details of your request.
