How It Works

If you book a flight on flyairoo and find a lower fare on another travel site within 24 hours of your booking, simply contact our customer support with the required proof. If eligible, we will refund you the difference.

Eligibility Criteria

• The flight itinerary must match exactly (same airline, flight number, dates, times, cabin class, and number of passengers).
• The lower fare must be found on a major, publicly available website (not a membership or rewards-only site).
• The request must be submitted within 24 hours of booking on flyairoo.

Exclusions

• Group bookings or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
• Fares that include loyalty points, cashback, coupons, or bundled offers.
• Errors or misprints on third-party websites.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please email support@flyairoo with:

• Your flyairoo booking confirmation number.
• A screenshot or link showing the lower fare with matching details.
• Date and time you found the lower price.
