A post-ticketing fee is a service charge collected by flyairoo for facilitating changes, cancellations, or special requests related to your flight after the ticket has been issued.

When is the Post-Ticketing Fee Applied?

This fee may apply in the following situations:

• Flight changes or date modifications
• Flight cancellations or refund processing
• Name corrections (where allowed by airline)
• Reissuance of ticket due to schedule changes
• Special service requests such as meal or seat preferences

Fee Breakdown

The post-ticketing fee is charged **per passenger per ticket** and is separate from any fee charged by the airline. The typical service fee range is as follows:

• Domestic flights: ₹500 – ₹1,000
• International flights: ₹1,000 – ₹2,500

Exact charges will be communicated to you before any changes are confirmed.

Airline Penalties

Please note that all airline fare rules and penalties (change fees, cancellation fees, fare differences) still apply and are separate from flyairoo’s post-ticketing service fee.

Waivers and Exceptions

In certain cases, such as airline-initiated schedule changes or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we may waive the post-ticketing fee entirely or partially.
